Sight glass for industrial and domestic equipment

Sight hardened glass for run-down box and windows of industrial equipment produced fromhardened flat glass.

The hardened glass represents flat glass subjected special thermal processing - hardening, as a result of which in size of a glass there are naturally disrtibuted internal powers raising mechanical durability of a glasses and ensuring the special (safe) character of its destruction. The increase of mechanical durability (at curving can reach(achieve) 250 Мпа, that more than in 5 times is higher, than at a usual flat glass) causes rise of heat stability of a glass in 7-10з (with 40 up to 220С), that interferes to destruction of hardened glass at overheating or difference of temperatures.

Our firm produce the Sight glass in accord to GOST 21836-88 and can have diameter from 4mm up to 415mm and thickness from 4mm up to 25mm.

Sight glass must be colorless. Greenish or bluish tint is allowed, the non-reducing factor of specular transmission of light should be not less than 0,85.

Glass should be produced with facet. The widht of the facet should be not less than 2mm for glass thickness ut to 6mm and not more than 3mm for glass thickness 6mm and more.
