Safe hardened glass

The obtaining of a hardened glass based on special thermal processing - hardening of usual silicate glass by heating it in electrical furnaces with the consequent sharp cooling by cold air in the blasting lattice. As result of heating in the glass the evenly disrtibuted powers are created which communicate to it(him) the increased mechanical durability and thermal stability. The safe hardened glasses intended for tools of ground transport, tractors, agricultural and lifters, trains, cars, and also for gas cookers, grills, peepholes, boiler, home needs and other objectives. Overall dimensions of the safe hardened glasses on length from 100mm up to 3000mm, on width from 80 mm up to 2000 mm, width of -5 mm and 10 mm.

Safe laminated glass

Safe laminated glass made by a way gluing of two sheets of a glass with intermediate laying from butyral resin of a film. Such glass at impact not disintegrate on splinters, and strongly kepted on a film.

Safe laminated glass which is flat or bent non-heated or heated laminated glass meant for glazing of all types of ground transport.

Glass for special vehicles

Wares for special vehicles are supplied with the system of electro-heating, eliminating possibility of icing of glasses, working in the conditions of low ambient temperature. Glasses are used for glazing for armored vehicles, tanks and other technique (for access doors, protective hubcaps of survey towers, controller's points and etc). Electric heating elements work from a side network and from the network of alternating current. Glasses with electric heating elements for a water transport provide normal visibility, protect an observational area from sweat and frostiness. Glasses are equipped with system of electro-heating with tension of feed 127 and 220 V. Glasses are strengthened by method of air-hardening.

Electro-heating glass can be used for a ground vehicle (cars, trolleybuses, streetcars, electric trains and other), work with the system of automatic control of temperature and exploited in all of climatic terms at the change of temperature of surrounding air from -60°С to +60°С.
